President – Opens meeting and welcomes attendees / Welcomes any special guests

Secretary – Presentation of the Annual Report (if required) Accept M/S

Treasurer – Presents the Financial Statement and Auditors Report – Questions – Accept M/S
.
President – Declares all positions vacant and vacates the Chair
.
Returning Officer – Conducts the election of officers and other positions with The Club.
At the conclusion of elections invites the incoming President to take the Chair.

Incoming President – Welcomes new committee and position holders to the new season.
Note: Discussion should pertain to the content of the AGM only and committees only.
Puts forward any Notices of Motion which may need moving.
